    Your information is securely stored at our Bath shop premises on password protected computers and systems. Access to systems is through strict procedures and security systems.Due to the nature of our work and the ongoing relationship and support we offer to customers, we retain your personal information (name, contact details, service/sale details) unless you request us to delete your data. We would do this by removing your details from all our systems and safely destroying any paper records.
